Tteokbokki

Tteokbokki is a popular Korean street snack and comfort food that consists of soft rice cakes, fish cakes, vegetables, and sometimes eggs or noodles, all cooked together in a thick, spicy and sweet sauce based on gochujang (Korean red chili paste).
